MEDICAL CONDITION:

Bilateral subdural haematoma with impending uncal herniation/hypertension/diabetes mellitus/coronary artery disease

PROCEDURE DONE:

Bilateral evacuation of the clot-burr hole surgery under local anaesthesia was done .as the patient cardiac status had poor ejection fraction and the patient was on anti platelet drugs for coronary artery disease., doing surgery under general /regional anaesthesia was avoided due to high risk
